I'm sorry but this Keurig I had bought one in November it went bad in a couple months. I called a they were very nice people and took care of me as a customer. They sent me another Keurig and we have had problems with lots of grinds from any pod we have used. I would not buy the K,-Supreme Slim again. It is up to anyone else if they want to buy it
Had a problem, called them & I could not remember where or when I bought it. With that said they still sent me a replacement & I received it in 3 days. They were great to work with. One thing I would tell them is if you hire a person to work on the phone they should speak good English.
