This product is the 2nd one and still getting coffee grinds in my coffee! I know 2 other people that also had the same problem! Now my cleaning button is on and I’ve cleaned it,and still on! It’s ridiculous and a waste of money!!
Love it. Had a problem with the descaler light staying on, even after descaling. Called for a work around to Keurig. When the problem was not resolved- I received a new brewer. That is good service.
I got this machine as gracious warranty replacement after deploying the original one earlier in the month. Simply by asking a question if filter had to be used. Anyway, that probably caused the descale issue by which the replacement was sent. FYI, my prior older one was still working but since all immediate family has passed, I decided to get a single cup version which actually has more features! What is not to like about Keurig products.
After six months and several descaling procedures it stopped working. I believe the heating element tripped during the last descaling process when the unit didn’t stop trying to pump water and went dry. Since there’s no way to reset the thermal relay, the unit is useless. However, they sent me a new unit under warranty but be sure to keep your receipts. I have family members who have experienced the same problem with this same model.
I called to say my brewer wouldn’t turn on. I was told it was under warranty and was replaced immediately. Nice to see a company that stands behind their product!
