I want to thank Keurig for your consideration and lightening fast response in getting our K-Supreme Coffee Maker replaced. I was indeed surprised to see it arrive at our doorstep within a couple of days. It was a pleasure dealing with courteous, personable and efficient Customer Service.
I had a K20 for about six years now. And I’ve got a teeny tiny kitchen. I needed counter space and I didn’t need to brew pots of coffee. This little guy is perfect! Doesn’t take up a lot of space. Doesn’t take a long time to heat up water. Lift the handle, replace the K-cup, close the handle, poke a few buttons, and coffee! Best party is that I can get 12 ounces of coffee without having to brew twice.

I had bought my brewer about a year ago & registered it. It began to not work properly & when I called, the person took me to the validation process to confirm the problem. Within a week, I had my new replacement coffee maker. Great company to deal with & knowledgeable staff. Thank you
This is the replacement for the coffee maker I purchased a few months ago. The D scale light would not go off. When I called customer service they handled it immediately and they knew coffee maker was on its way
