My Keurig broke after only a couple weeks, I called for help but it was permanently broke. The representative was polite and responsive, he said they would replace mine with the same model no charge. It came within a week. I couldn’t be happier!

This Keurig is a replacement for the same model we bought in the fall-but it stopped working. However, Keurig (y'all) have been so willing to replace it, without my receipt. I sent the requested documentation and within 2 weeks I had an e-mail that this new Keurig was on its way ! THAT is excellent And appreciated customer service !Thank you !

I am so glad I purchased the K-Supreme. The reservoir is large and the handle makes refilling so much easier. The extra prongs allows more water to flow through the k cup which gives a fuller flavor.
