Bought this recently after my original one (15 yrs old) needed to be replaced and just love my new one. Love the added 12oz selection and no need to power on just go for it and brew.

Worked with an excellent technician about the de-scale light staying on. When all efforts failed, a replacement was sent ASAP. Had a single cup Keurig machine as backup when traveling by car which maintained our coffee needs until the replacement arrived as promised.
