Call center was great but the follow through was not. I sent the pic in of the receipt and never heard anything. The call center said as soon as they had the pic of the receipt they said that new one would be replacement and i should have it in 3- to 7 days.So about week later i called and the call center said they had the pic. But did not have the replacement sent out. So the call center order a new one. So thats is way i only gave 4 stars.
I’ve had a Keirig for years but my most recent one which was only a few months old. I contacted the company and after several troubleshooting attempts, they agreed it had a serious issue. I was very pleased when they offered to replace it! Thank you, Keurig. I am now enjoying our favorite flavors. Thank you!!!
Can’t compare to my older Keurigs. This machine is very slow. It’s been replaced under warranty twice on the last year. I don’t recommend this model brewer but love my older ones.
