I've had my Keurig Supreme for 1 year; it was a Christmas gift from a friend. I have really enjoyed it, but I am so glad I sent in the warranty post card. When it stopped working, I contacted Keurig and it was replaced without any hassles. Now, I'm back to enjoying my favorite cup of coffee, tea and hot chocolate each day. It's the best!
I had a problem with my Keurig Supreme. It was still under warranty. Keurig had great customer service. They walked me through the troubleshooting and sent out a replacement right away.
I had problems with my Descale light continuing to blink, after descaling it two times in a week and following all instruction to turn it off. I called Keurig customer service, told them about the problem, they asked for serial number, and then said they'd replace just like that. One week later my new K-Supreme arrived and back to enjoying my coffee in a blink of a minute. Very Kool of Keurig. Kustomer for Life.
Replaced my older Keurig coffee maker with this model. I am very impressed. Smaller footprint, faster brewing, and better tasting coffee. The other thing is now you can make another cup immediately without waiting for the maker to reheat!!
I bought my last K-Supreme 9 months ago and it just up and stopped working. I called support and opened a claim. I uploaded my documentation and was told it would be shipping the next day. A week later I called and found out it didn't ship. The claim never became an order. The telephone rep took all my information and I had my replacement in 3 days. Aghhh, back to drinking great coffee. I was lost without my Keurig.
This was a replacement for the one I got for my birthday this past June, The desalted light kept flashing after it had been descaled. That didn’t affect the making of the coffee. This coffee pot is easy to use and I like it very much I like the choice of making the coffee strong if one cares to.
I purchased the original 5 months ago. I have to be honest here. During the first descaling process the coffee maker burned itself out. The thermostatic control in the design does not handle overheating damaging the coffee maker. Keurig needs to; a) Improve the thermostatic feature within the design of this model. b) If not, then within the instructions for descaling it should indicate that the user should not do rinses one after the other. c) When the user has completed rinsing the coffee maker the instructions to shut off the descaling light should be stated in the instructions. It's my belief as to why my first coffee maker failed.
