There was a glitch in my old keurig and I called to see if I could get a replacement. They assured me it would happen. A while later I got an email saying my new replacement was on the way! I’m very happy with this company!
I called in and explained the issue I was experiencing with my product and it as still under warranty. I received my brand new K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker within a few days. Awesome!!!!
This is a replacement of the the same system which “spit” all over the sides of the cup while brewing and often leaves grounds in the cup. I only use Keurig pods and I use a tall mug. That being said the coffee drips quickly and is hotter than my older Keurig model.
I bought this just short of a year ago and it stopped working...no power...nothing. Keurig sent me a new machine in 2 days! Very happy with their customer service!
So far so good. It is still too early to tell. This is about my fourth Keurig The first two were Cuissinart Keurig. They were wonderful, they lasted a long time. The next 2 Keurigs I got were not good quality & didn’t last very long. It’s seems like they are cheaper made all the time. I hope this one lasts I won’t buy another Keurig if this doesn’t last.
