Is a replacement for one we had a descaling problem with. This one the filter tower did not fit tight so was leaking, fortunately we had the old one that fit tight.
KEURIG was great when it came to replacing an under performing unit but the new KEURIG Supreme lacks the quality and good performance of past models. The pump is a lot quieter, but it splatters all over the counter top when brewing. The descale light doesn’t go out and overall it just is of the same quality as prior units (I’ve now owned three). It’s just a disappointment all together. I’d pay more for a better quality unit that puts the coffee in the cup.
Only had this Keurig for 6 months and it stopped working while descaling. Apparently this is a defect on this model. Luckily Keurig replaced the unit without difficulty.
My only complaint is that after I make a cup of coffee and I go to make a second covers always grounds in that second cup so I have to clean it out before I make the coffee the second time
We always buy our Keurig right through them online. The customer service is ALWAYS amazing! They help with troubleshooting and if that doesn't work then they replace with out question. I have NEVER had a bad experience with them.
