I bought this Keurig a month ago and love it! The water pitcher with the handle is a great new feature I love. So much easier to pick up and fill. The 12 oz. selection of water is also great. This is my second Keurig. There was nothing wrong with the firsts but I liked the new features of the new one. The friend I gave it to loves it and says it’s still going strong!
I bought a new keurig for our home in Florida after using it for a few months it was not working properly. I called customer service and they helped me with trying to get it to work. After numerous tries they determined it was defective and sent me a new unit after I sent a picture of my receipt and serial number. I received my unit in about a week Very pleased with all of the help
I bout my Keruig in December. Early Jan it just stopped working and wouldn’t power on. I called Keruig and they sent me out a new machine. Love my Keruig!!
I bought the coffeemaker and was heart broken when it was broken. Called Kerrigan, they were wonderful. With ease and respectfulness they replaced our coffeemaker within 2 weeks. Have bought Keurig in the past and will buy again in the future. Thank you Keurig.
Recently, after a call to Keurig about my defective K-Supreme coffee maker (the "descale" light would not stop flashing after the descale process was completed), I was pleased to be provided with a new replacement similar coffee maker. However, after using the new coffee maker several times since I received it, the new unit is defective also, with an entirely different defect. I prefer a 10 ounce size cup but, when I press the 10 ounce button, the unit has dispensed the incorrect amount about half the time (usually 6 ounces). This morning I pressed the 10 ounce button, and got 2 ounces! With the same pod in the unit, I again pressed the 10 ounce button, and got another 2 ounces. Again with the same pod, I pressed the 6 ounce button, bringing the total quantity to the desired 10 ounces (these amounts were all verified by dispensing the coffee into a glass measuring cup instead of a mug). The 6 and 12 ounce buttons seem to be working, although I only tested each a couple of times, but the 8 ounce button once dispensed about 6 1/2 ounces. I am SO disgusted with Keurig - the quality of the products has obviously fallen drastically from the first Keurig coffee maker I had used for many years previously. I'm not sure yet what I will do - I may go back to using the first defective unit, because it always at least dispensed the correct amount, and I guess I can live with the flashing descale light until I replace the coffee maker with another brand.
