I initially requested a replacement brewer because mine stopped working. Customer service was great. We received our replacement machine within a couple of days. It's been only a few weeks, but the ER replacement brewer stopped working properly this morning. So frustrated.
Happy to have received my replacement K-Supreme after my initial K-Supreme died during its first brew and would not turn back on. I purchased this brewer because of its multi stream technology. I also do not like using single use K Cups so I purchased a reusable K Cup. Unfortunately every time I brew with the reusable K Cup it seems to leak water out the top when brewing. This water spills into the cup and dilutes my cup of coffee. I've read online that other people experienced this issue and believe the reusable K Cup doesn't fit snug enough in its position during brewing causing an imperfect seal when the pins hit the reusable cup. I would love for a Keurig representative to contact me about solutions to this water leakage when using reusable K Cups.
I like this coffee maker. The size is perfect and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. Makes great tasting coffee and has a good selection of sizes.
My Kuerig died but was still under warranty. Rep helped me trouble shoot and when all else failed, he replaced my machine right away. Great company that backs their products.
This is a replacement for one I bought last fall. I went through a descaling process and the light malfunctioned so Kuerig replaced my machine with a new one! We love this machine …so easy… brews great coffee!
I really like how the k-supreme is set up. The handle on the fill reservoir is a great feature. Customer service is great and we got our replacement quickly.
