I am so happy to have my Keurig back in the house. I contacted customer service and they did a great job. Very easy to work with them and my carried arrived on time and was easy to set up. You must get you one.

Fantastic method to make a fast and tasty cup

This machine absolutely makes a fast and delicious cup of coffee, my wife and I use this machine at least once or twice daily. We find the reservoir very easy to remove, fill and put back into place. However after approximately 90 days of use, you can add us to the long list of folks that descale the unit when prompted and then the unit will not power back on. I called customer service and was absolutely treated professionally and courteously. After going through their trouble shooting guide with no positive results, we were issued a replacement unit and it was shipped the same day and arrived in two days. I'm enjoying a cup from the new unit as I type this and want to thank Keurig for quickly honoring their warranty! Not sure if this has anything to do with this problem but the descaling instructions state it takes about 20 minutes to complete the descaling process and it did. But after 20 minutes of running the required cycles, the unit heats up quite a bit, perhaps the heat is shutting it down or flipping an internal circuit. Perhaps adding a reset switch or replacement fuse would help. Would recommend the unit and thanks to Keurig for standing behind their product.
while I was waiting for the replacement (2 months), I had to purchase a newer and cheaper coffee maker which is not near satisfied as this replacement item.
