I bought this unit a few months ago and loved it. Unfortunately, one Sunday morning the power wouldn't come on. I called Keurig and spoke to a customer service rep. When she was unable to solve the problem on the phone, she immediately said she would send me a new machine...no need to return the one I had. It arrived within the week! Fabulous!
I bought it a few months ago and then I had an issue with the closing of the lid probably because I used the wrong refiller cup that was not compatible but I called I explain and next thing I know they’re sending me a brand-new one
This actually was not a purchase. This was a replacement of a Christmas gift that lasted about a week. These are the worst coffee makers out. After so long there's always an issue with them will not purchase again.
