I love this machine, but this is my 3rd one within 1 1/2 years. Had to replace. I lost my first 2 machines shortly after descaling, they just shut down and never came back on no matter what I tried.

Having been a regular user I am NOT happy with this product. 12 oz cup does NOT fill up to capacity. The five prong piercing spills over with grinds making my coffee cup filled with grinds, and the bottom of cup holder gets dirty with coffee droppings AFTER I take out my coffee cup with drips which keeps on dripping AFTER I take off coffee cup. Not a good product

The design is great with this coffee maker, but the coffee is consistantly lukewarm. have had the machine replaced twice, the problem stays the same. lukewarm coffee. can't even put creamer in it. it then turns cold. so dissapointed
