The coffee is excellent. The problem is that these machines burn themselves out in less than a year! Once that happens, the machine becomes a doorstop. Keurig has been very good about replacing dead machines! These are pricey machines.

With the reservoir it is easy and you know when to quickly add water. For people not use to Keurig Makers a lite comes on when you are low on water.

This machine continues to disappointment, and it is a replacement of the same K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker, with the same issues....grinds keep coming from your pods, (which have never been an issue before with all the other Keurig machines we have bought over many, many years)) and it splutters onto the counter, and I need to clean the counter after each use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
