We recently purchased one of these machines and obviously love it because it makes us coffee throughout the day. But one day we came home and it was no longer working. After going through a simple troubleshoot with customer service, they deemed the machine no longer working and sent me a new machine for free! I was very happy with how fast it arrived as well.
I have been enjoying my Keurig coffee makers for years. I purchased the K-Supreme and loved it, but after several months it just quit working. Keurig replaced it with a new one. I appreciate them taking care of it in a prompt manner. Thanks Keurig!!
I have owned a Keurig for 12 years. I purchased it because I was throwing out to much stale coffee! I have purchased them for my workplace as well! When my Keurig stopped working, I called, and the customer service rep was very helpful. I was 3 weeks out of warranty, but he was able to replace this unit with a new one! My staff love their Keurig! I don’t think I could make them change over to a regular coffee brewer if I tried! At home or at work, Keurig is the best!!
We've been using this one for about 2 weeks. So far so good. I like the "no wait" for it to heat up. For us, there are plenty of choices on cup size and strength.
