After performing a descaling on a unit purchased approximately 5 months ago. The descaling alert light would not go off. Discovered, after contacting Keurig, the unit was defective. Within 4-5 days a new unit was delivered to my home. Very quick response!
Loved my Keurig but after 10+ years it was acting up so we decided to get a new slimmer one. My old one was made a lot better but did not have the speed of heating/making coffee as the new one.
I only had the coffee maker six months, and went to the scale it and it started smoking. Very easy to replace it. Just threw it out when the new one came.
