The coffee pot works well when it works. This will be my forth in less then 2 years. 1 day they just seem to go up in smoke. But support has replaced it everytime so far so that's good.

Not consistently hot when brewing!

I purchased for replacing a another Kuerig because the temperature when brewing was not hot . The new one still is rarely hot. Need to get a brewer that is consistently hot when brewing

I had the unfortunate experience of two brewers not functioning--one after l month and the second after 6 months. However, Keurig handled it very well. In fact, they did not even require that I send the second one back! I telephoned my problem on a Wednesday and had a new replacement on Friday. Can't beat that for service!!! I love my brewer and use it every day. I particularly like the ability to change the position of the water tank and that the tank has a handle. Oh, and it makes a great cup of coffee!!!
