Love our new coffee maker. Although our old Keurig was still functional, we needed to upgrade to a newer model as the old one was not dispensing the water properly.
I have had several Keurig K-Cup Coffee Makers but the K-Supreme I like the best because it heats instantly so no waiting for that morning cup of coffee.
I purchased this a year ago, and have had trouble de scaling it, So I called Keurig and they replaced the unit, I am only hoping this one will be willing to de scale. If not I will be moving on to another product.
This was a replacement for a defective replacement I got 10 months ago. That unit was a replacement for the the one purchased 4 months before that. In the first case the descale light would no go off. This time it would stop at 4 oz no mater what size I set at. But even the replacement comes with a one year warranty. And after 20 minutes with a rep trying every solution they just sent another.
I have a love/hate relationship with the Supreme version. I like the 5 hole method. Better coffee but I'd still like it hotter. I'm told the new model you run with your phone hasthat option but i don't want to use my phone to make coffee so I'll soldier on and hope this one gives me a year of service.
Had my kerig 4-5 months and had a problem after descaling. Soon after , couldn't get it to power on. Easy customer service, replaced with new product. Working fine at this point.
I received my K-Supreme as a Christmas gift from my daughter and as an avid coffee drinker - I immediately began to enjoy using it. Unfortunately, ther was a problem with the descaling. I placed a call to the customer service team and after trying to solve the issue over the phone - they offered me a replacement which was shipped directly to me within 10 business days. Nothing speaks higher of a company than their customer service. I am thrilled with my new K-Supreme and I have already shared this with family and friends.
Bought mine less than one year ago and just stopped working one day. Contacted customer support, Excellent service. Easy replacement. More than what I expected to happen. Very thankful, I only hope that this one is also covered in the event of it ever happening again.
