Product failed before two months of use. Glad I had registered it - customer service was quick to verify purchase and set up replacement. Warranty product arrived within a week.
Absolutely love the color. We needed a Keurig that was off-white, but not cream or bright white, and this was perfect! It is a slimmer unit that our previous Keurig and looks great on counter. The water reservoir is easier to remove because it has a handle. It is a little slower in brew time, but not by much. It fits my husband’s travel mugs which I have found hard to do in other K-cup models like the Cuisinart one.
There was an issue with my original purchase. Keurig was aware of the issue with this unit, I gave them the serial # and I was issued a replacement unit and received it in a fairly reasonable amount of time.
This is the second replacement in just over a year. I'm not happy with this model, but it was a gift. If this one breaks in a few months, I like to be upgraded.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Coffee Grinds every time!

I can’t make a cup without grinds falling into my cup or the K-cup exploding! I emailed and called Customer service the 3weeks ago and never heard a thing,
