Great then it just stopped

I bought the k-supreme plus about 2 months ago. I work at a hair salon and thought I would suprise everyone for Christmas. We only make about 12 cups a week. The other day we needed water. After adding water and closing the k-cup it wouldn't turn on! Yes we unplugged it. Didn't help and made sure no coffee was by prongs. I just bought this and now I have to pay and ship to have it fixed. I like Kurig I have a different one at home.
I'm very happy with the product my initial purchase of Keurig was with home shopping Network, when I called and referenced to an issue with the descaling light not going out I was immediately sent another machine. I am very, very happy with my Keurig thank you
my keurig failed after cleaning cycle, called in and representative gave me instruction for the warrant, I did as instructed and recieved a new machine and reinstated a new warranty, the only draw back was the three to four weeks waiting for replacement
I contacted Keurig because the machine stopped working. The rep that I spoke with was courteous and professional. He informed me that I should get the replacement within 10-12 days but it came in less than a week. I am very pleased with the level of service I received and the warranty that Kerrigan gives on their machines.
I have the K Supreme...love it ! I am writing more about Keurig..My K Supreme had some problems..Called Keurig..They send me a new one...Not many companies like that..Great going Keurig...Quality products at great prices...Thanks Keurig....
