We had a machine that did not work after a time. They sent a new one promptly. The Keurig is great for our family even though we have tea drinkers as well as coffee drinkers. My grandchildren like it to make cocoa as well.

The descaling light stays on even after descaling properly. I found no descaling instructions in the booklet so I needed to go to you tube for instructions.
OUR K-SUPREME IS WORKING GREAT. THANKS FOR THE REPLACEMENT. WE PURCHASED ONE IN APRIL OF LAST YEAR AND REALIZED IT WAS NOT WORKING RIGHT. SINCE OUR RELACEMENT WAS DELIVERED WE SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN HOW IT OPERATES. THE K-CUPS WOULD SOMETIMES EXPLODE IN THE KEURIG. SO HAPPY I CALLED THE KEURIG COMPANY AND GOT A REPLACEMENT.!
