I bought this back in October 2020 broke in December, got a new one because I had the warranty. That one came broke. Tried to get my money back. They refused so I got a different model. No problems yet. I suggest not buying this product. It needs to be recalled.
This is a replacement for same model which lasted one month. When original arrived the unit was all plastic and I knew it would not last very long. Keurig made a cheaper product and called it SUPREME so that people would think they were getting a better model. I do not recommend this coffee maker!
this is the 3rd replacement of my keurig. i have always had gook experience with my coffeemakers. There seems to be something inherently wrong with this particular item. At 3 months the descale light comes on. I descale with the keurig descaler and the light continues to blink. I have had no problem getting a replacement but it is upsetting to continue to have to replace the keurig each time for the same reason. I can't think that I'm the only one with this particular problem. Has no one checked to see if this problem can be fixed? It can't be very cost effective to continually replace this machine.
This was a replacement because the descale light would not go off. This was done with ease and support from customer service! Great service and working with you.
