My Keurig quit suddenly while still under warranty. I called and explained the situation and had a new coffee maker within a week! Thank you for such fantastic service!
What's so great is, the coffee is delivered quick. This is because it only has to heat the amount of water depending on cup size selected rather than heating up a larger amount of water. It's slim size is wonderful.
I am presently waiting to receive my third K-Supreme single serve. Still under warranty. The initial purchased one and now the replacement both just stopped powering up. Same problem. Seems like this may be a faulty model. Hopefully this replacement won’t have the same problem. On the plus side Keurig has been good about replacing these.
Was very appreciative that they warranted the only negative and was the 2 star rating was it took over 2 1/2 months to do processing and received my unit 3 months later
the first one only worked 6 months. it quit during the 12 cup rinse after descaling. Customer service was awesome the quickly gave me a few steps to try. As soon as that didnt work they sent a replacement.
