Bought a unit and it did not work well. Contacted Keurig and they quickly made things right. Question - What should I do with the unit that was not working right?
My Daughter bought the K Supreme for me as a birthday gift! I am in love with it. Keurig make a wonderful product that allows me to enjoy a cup of coffee without having to make an entire pot! i also must say their Customer Service is great as well! I had an issue and they were able to resolve it with no problem! Thank You Keurig!!
We absolutely love our Keurig and use it every day. Just be sure to purchase an extended warranty as it will fail at some point. I thought it was just us but searching the online forums you will find a plethora of people saying the same thing. Fortunately. Our most recent K Supreme failed within the first year this it was covered by the manufacturer’s one year warranty. Our last two failed shortly after the one year cutoff. That being said, we tried going back to a traditional coffee maker but it just doesn’t fit our hectic schedule very well. Buy a third-party warranty and enjoy your Keurig.
I was descaling my barely one year old Keurig and it died during the process...this was not good. We drink a lot of coffee, luckily I spoke to a customer service representative and they informed my that this does sometimes happen (known problem) and since my Keurig was about a month over its warranty they honored it still and replaced my Keurig for free. I am happy with my replacement!
First off, I love this coffee maker. It’s easy to operate and brews very well! That being said, when I got to the descale process and followed the instructions it broke my machine. If you follow the descale process verbatim it could trip a thermal protection switch in the machine that you can’t easily reset. There’s other instances out there of this happening and videos online that show how to tear your machine apart to fix it, but you shouldn’t have to do that. Kudos to Keurig for their excellent customer service and getting me a prompt replacement. For anyone who is buying this or has the unit already, when you get to the descale process, WAIT 10 MINUTES between brews when you get to that part. I tried it out on my new machine and it gives enough time to cool off between cycling water through. Hope this helps someone and saves Keurig some hassle sending out replacements!
