Nice Machine but stopped working at 1st descaling. I only use it for one cup a day so this is not what I expected. Sad because the machine itself is a great concept.

I decided to treat myself to a new, streamline, sage green Keurig after my large, bulky Keurig I’d enjoyed for nine years began causing me problems. New machine works great, takes up less space and looks beautiful on my cabinet, but the coffee is not even hot when it brews. I’ve read that I need to hold down the brewing button for a bit until the coffee brews, but I’m disappointed that a new machine requires this step. Will contact Keurig with this problem. I know they will make it right. They always do.
