This was a replacement of the same which stopped working after 6 months. Even brand new, not a good machine. I purchased a different brand (N) and the machine and the taste of their coffee is AMAZING. I highly recommend paying more for a different brand and a better coffee experience overall.
This is a warrenty replacement and the customer service that helped us get the replacement was exceptional. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We love this coffee maker and couldn't wait to get the replacement. Great coffee maker!!!
Promptly delivered. There was an issue with the first one, but the company took care of it immediately. The coffee maker is quick and amazing. No problems!
We bought this after the original Keurig we had died after 10 years. The new one would not turn on. I called Keurig customer service and after a few silly questions trouble shooting questions we came to the conclusion it was defective. They promptly sent out a replacement.
My K-Supreme malfunctioned during descaling. Customer service quickly walked me through the checking process and determined that it should be replaced. I got it in due time. Awesome customer service.
I love it, slim and much quicker than a standard coffee maker. It was a challenge to figure out how to use a reusable k-cup with it, but watched a video on here that helped.
