Works well at first.. issues after 11 months

I loved this coffeemaker when I first got it but after 11 months the descale light came on and will not go off. I have purchased and used 3 bottles of the descales and tried vinegar 3 times with no luck. The machine also doesn’t work like it used to. I had to buy a whole new coffee maker. This was my 3rd Keurig; all of the other ones were great and lasted for years… very disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My old one had a button to make it hotter. It is hard to see what is all included in the coffee pot. Now I am stuck with a old model. Not happy.

I bought the K-Supreme Single Serve Coffeemaker last year. I change the filter regularly and descale when the indicator light starts flashing. The last time the descale light came on I performed the descale as indicated in the manual. The light did not turn off. I cleaned it with vinegar next and again it didn't work. I called customer service and they walked me through a couple of troubleshooting steps. When that failed, they went ahead and replaced my coffee maker with a brand new one, no questions asked. It was SO easy and painless. No hoops to jump through!! If only all companies were so easy to deal with when a problem arises!!

I received a K-Supreme in June and in December it lost all power and quit working. Called the customer service number on the machine and walked through a few troubleshooting ideas. Once it was determined a goner, a replacement was on its way and delivered within 2 weeks (during the holiday rush too). Excellent customer service!
