Such a great size for limited space. However, this coffee maker has never worked correctly. With the very first cup of coffee, it spit out hot water and coffee grounds. Closing the lid down on the k cup didn't seem to be sturdy, and sometimes the cup insertion didn't puncture into the cup. Besides the fact that I had to throw away many k cups, most of the time I'm not able to fix a cup of coffee because the water container doesn't fill up correctly in between cups in order to produce more coffee, the light will just flash that lets you know that water is needed, even after I fill up the water ahead of time. I've placed this complaint to Keurig company but I haven't had any feedback. Since I'm having to order a new coffee maker, I was hoping to hear from the company. I hope this helps when making your choice.
As far as the coffee maker itself working, it works great. The part where it goes bad is in the descaling portion. The descale light came on after about 3 months. After following the instructions, the light stayed on. I descaled twice and the light was still on. I then called the Keurig help line. After about 30-45 minutes on the phone with them the light went out. Not sure what caused it to go out after everything we tried. It was working fine until it was time to descale again. That stupid light. Well guess what, after descaling again the light stayed on again. Again I called Keurig. After talking with the lady that I could hardly understand, she said she was sending me a new coffee maker. Of course this before the holidays. Keurig came through and got it yo me in three days. I received it on the 23rd of December. Thank You for that!!! The new maker is working great. No issues. Let’s see what happens when it’s time to descale. Hoping this one works better!! The descaling is why I gave the maker 3 stars. For the amount of money we spent on the original maker, it should not have broken in less than a year. We may have just gotten a bad one. We will see.
We’ve been using these coffee machines for years and love them But this one hands down the best ever it looks and feels like high quality and it’s beautiful to look at and makes great coffee

Ready to brew

I really like this new brewer. It is ready to brew at any moment and the new brew system seems to be able to get all the flavor from the K cups. I like the design very much but just wish it had a larger water reservoir.
my first one of this model was a gift from my daughter, after 7 months it started leaking water from the bottom they sent me a replacement.......and this one is doing the same thing!!! ( after less than weeks )!! there is something very wrong and there must be other complaints about this product.product.
