I had coffeemaker almost a year when it needed a descaling and quit working not letting me descale. It took quite a long time to actually get a new pot. But they were just slow. And when you are without one you really miss it!
My K Supreme quit working for some reason…out of nowhere…it was in warranty and a quick call to Keurig Service rendered a short look over of the unit…once it was determined that a fix could not happen an order was placed for a new unit and arrived in just a few days!
I love My K Supreme even though the first one was defective and this one the top doesn't close tightly so coffee does splash on the wall next to the K Supreme but I'll just have to put up with it. Knowing what I know now I should have probably purchased the K Supreme Plus
Thus is a replacement for the one we bought 10 months earlier. That one just died, wouldn't turn on at all. That being said, we really like this model of Keurig brewer. It has a convenient handle on the reservoir. It has 5 drip needles, a strong setting and a nice selection of cup sizes. Our family drinks a lot of coffee maybe 15 cups per day. We've had 5 other models, including a commercial model (expensive), but like this one best for taste. My only problem with Keurig is none of the models we've tried lasted more than 3 years.
