I have used keurig for years, Love it. The variety of coffee flavors are wonderful. So quick to make and each cup is like a fresh pot, can't get any easier than that.
I made two phone calls to Keurig Customer Service in early December about my 7 month old non-working coffee maker. Both I times I was told someone from their Service Department would call me. No one ever called. After waiting almost three weeks for a call I left an awful review of my situation when Keurig requested a review via email. A lady from Kuerig called me within two days of my review apologizing for the inconvenience. She immediately ordered a new coffe maker to be overnighted to my home. Thank you for your quick action and for restoring my faith in Keurig!
I bought a new Keurig coffee making less than a year ago. One morning it just stopped working. I couldn’t even get it to power on. Googled troubleshooting and tried everything. Called Keurig and the sent me a replacement - no charge. Great company! Wonderful customer service experience!
My single serve keurig was only a few months old when it stopped working I called for help and since it was so new and I had registered it you replaced it.
