HELLO GOOD PEOPLE OF KEURIG... and Happy New Year. It was put into service a little over 3 weeks ago and is running just fine.. So did our other one work just fine for about 6 months, then after doing a descaling for a 2nd time during that length of time, it wouldn't come back on like it was supposed to (after pressing together for 3 seconds the 8 and 12 oz. buttons; tried everything)... I'll keep you guys posted from time to time.../ Thanks, Graham.
After I sent the required documents that occurred needed for my replacement it's all it took was one phone call after that and three or four days later ups are delivering my new coffee maker
this coffee maker is no good. I have had two of them. I only used it 1 1/2 months and it would not go on. If you buy any of these products be sure to register them as Keurig has been great with replacement.
They did a great job of replacing a malfunctioning unit. Helpful, effective and polite rep, minimal wait time on hold and a super efficient and fast replacement process. New unit is working well.
