My K-Supreme makes a great cup of coffee. The only reason I have rated a 4/5 is I miss the temperature control (like my coffee really hot0, being able to put a tall travel mug under(even after removing the drip base). And I'm not a fan of the blinking descale light that I cannot turn off. Keurig was great in replacing my coffee maker when it was "just" out of warranty. Thank you Keurig for standing behing your product!!!! Happy New Year!

i've had a keurig for many years & have really liked it....it's
perfect for a single guy. now i purchased a new one & figured
it would be even better what with all the new features. and it
was for 2 months before it just completely quit on me. so then
i had to go thru the whole "p i t a" routine of sending the unit back
to keurig for a replacement. and that replacement took 6-8 weeks
before it showed up. so now i'm back to enjoying a keurig &
hoping, of course, that the hassels are over & that the same
things don't happen to you. GOOD LUCK!
