We have had Keurig coffee makers for many years. However, this single serve is one of our favorites. We like the smaller footprint. We like the many size selections, the dark brew, the cold brew. We love the grey color. Most of all, we like the 5 holes for the water to flow through the cup. The coffee has a better flavor. We are very happy with our purchase.
I purchased the K supreme coffee maker to replace an older model. Reviews were not great but I purchased it any way. I registered it, kept the box and receipt for warranty purposes. Thank goodness! Less than 6 months later it STOPPED WORKING! Well, when I called Keurig about the warranty issue, the CS rep was very nice but not the most helpful. I registered so there would be no issue. I had to provide all the information I had provided at registration AGAIN…….INCLUDING PROOF OF PURCHASE……A PICTURE OF MY RECEIPT…….which I had, based on the reviews when I purchased. What is the purpose of registering if you have to do it all over again? Avoidance by the manufacturer? I had to purchase another coffee maker to use in the interim. Good news…… now I have a spare!
I ordered the K-Supreme Keurig because my old Keurig was behaving poorly. It would not stop dripping. It shut off and reset the clock when no "blip" in power occurred. It had worked fine for a few years so we decided to buy a replacement before the old on quit entirely. A day before the new Keurig arrived the old one started working so it remains in service with the K-Supreme sitting on the shelf.
I couldn't have been more pleased with the way the entire process went, I had our other unit less than a year and had an issue with the descale light constantly flashing. I was sent a new unit in less than a week. I highly encourage anyone who buys a Keurig to get the warranty program, it's worth it.
Original Keurig quit working after being descaled (only 2 months old). Customer Service quickly took care of the issue and sent me a new Keurig. It is really easy to use.
We’ve owned numerous coffee makers from this company and over the years we have found them to be less quality and reliable than ever before. Customer service is great but I don’t want a replacement coffee maker ever year or so. Time to find a new brand considering the cost of ownership.
I love this Kurig. I have been using Kurig machines since they first came out. I love the convenience of making my coffee and tea. I love this machine because it takes up a small footprint in my kitchen. It is very streamline.
I contacted Keurig for help troubleshooting our Keurig. No matter which size we selected, it would only make about 3-5 oz. After troubleshooting, it was determined that it couldn’t be fixed so the representative sent us a replacement which we received in 4 days. Very happy with the assistance received and with the new Keurig.
