My K-Supreme lives up to its name…Supreme. It is convenient and reliable. I did have an issue with the descaling light that wouldn’t turn off despite my descaling efforts. I called Keurig’s customer service and they took care of my issue immediately. The representative was attentive, patient, and remedied the situation. I was off the phone in less than 15 minutes! Thank you Keurig!
I bought a brand new Kurig, it didn't work so they sent me a replacement. I am just not impressed with this model. Prefer the older model actually. Adjusting it with the pod and the loose leaf coffee pod is annoying. Grounds in the cups every time we use the loose leaf coffee.
I have had many Keurig machines in the past, but this one is perfect! The reservoir is easy to fill. There are 4 cup sizes, a button to brew stronger coffee and a button to brew over ice. I am so happy with this choice.
HAD TO REPLACE MY FIRST UNIT , MADE CALL SPOKE WITH A VERY KNOWLEDGE WOMEN.EXPLAINED ISSUE,SHE TOLD ME WHAT TO DO. TWO WEEKS LATER A NEW UNIT ARRIVED,THAT EASY.
