I bought this and after just a few months I was unable to get it to go into the cleaning cycle. I called and it was great customer service. They sent a replacement which was great. I hope it doesn't happen again and I wish coffee was hotter!
The first one I owned failed all of a sudden. It took several phone calls, emails, and photos to finally get the replacement. I suppose the slow service is because of the Covid situation. I sure wish people would get back to work and give the excellent service we had before the spread of this horrible virus.
Received Dec 14, 2021… brews coffee well.. waiting to see IF the Descale feature works properly. We have had to replace two Keurig K-Supremes due to not functioning/powering on after Descale
Replaced an older one that was still working but wanted the newer technology. Glad we did. We love the heat as you brew. No preheating. Smaller footprint and slightly larger water container.
