Wanted something that was smaller and updated from previous Keurig and this met all the requirements.

No more Keurig coffee makers for me!

Over the past 5 years I have had 3 Keurig coffee makers. I purchased the first one and water leaked all over my countertop. Keurig replaced it and the 2nd one also leaked water on the countertop and it was replaced. I have had the 3rd one for about a year and it is now giving me problems. When I turn on the power and it starts warming up it will make a loud popping noise that sounds like a gun shooting. It also smells hot like something is burning inside and I am reluctant to use it for this reason. I have put it in the trash and purchased a Cuisinart coffee maker, which I had before purchasing my first Keurig. I feel that Keurig makes nothing but a piece of plastic that does not work well and the K-Cups are far too expensive as I am retired and on a fixed income. I will never purchase a cheaply made Keurig again!!!

I received the K Supreme in Nov 22 it was a Christmas gift so it wasn’t opened or used until Christmas it’s now Feb 9 23 on Feb 7 the machine stopped working no lights no noise nothing research revealed that if I disassembled the machine I could reset a circuit breaker - no thanks it’s going back and I’m back to “old faithful “ the original 5yr old Kureg which I almost gave away

I have had this coffee maker less than 6 months. It spits water all over my counter when brewing. The temperature feature has stopped working and no matter how much you increase the strength, it is weak and watered down. This is my 4th Keurig and by far the worst one. I’m disappointed because the design aesthetic is wonderful!

Bought to replace a 2-year old K-Supreme that stopped working. It was used by one person in a private office for only one or two cups per workday, and cleaned and descaled regularly. One day it wouldn’t power on. Google searches revealed it is a common failure for this model. Removing the plastic case and resetting the thermal button did not fix it; now it always says “Add Water” no matter what we try. Disappointed considering the machines are expensive. Keurig needs a longer warranty or to make a better reliable product. This is the last Keurig we will ever buy; if this new one fails we’re done with the Keurig brand.

I bought this unit new the last week of November to replace my old unit that gave out. This is the exact model I had for 3 years to the month. I liked all the features on this unit and its small size. I hope that I get another 3 years of service out of this one.
