This is my favorite Keurig coffee maker. It is compact and doesn’t take as much room on the counter as my previous model did. The brewing time is quicker and there are lots of choices as to size, strength or over ice. It is also more convenient to fill the reservoir. I also like the five brewing needles that get the most flavor out of the coffee pods.

I bought this brewer last year when it first came out and was amazed at the updates that Keurig has made. I love the additional holes that this brewer puts in the K cup, the strong button and also the over ice feature. These upgrades has made this brewer make the tastiest drink ever. I had a problem with my Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker. The customer service rep. was great. She talked me through trying a few things and when they didn't work, she offered to send me a replacement. It's a great coffee maker and I appreciate the great customer service too!

We purchased this coffee maker a few months ago, and it worked great until we run the descaling procedure for the second time. At the end of the cycle, it dried out the water reservoir and burnt out. Would not start again. Had to follow up a second time with Keurig to get the Warranty replacement processed, but ultimately did get a new unit which we are using now. Hopefully, this was just a crazy one-time event although I did see online that a number of others had experienced this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
