Just short of the 1 year warranty, our K-Supreme suddenly just stopped working! I contacted Keurig and after submitting a picture of the S/N, they graciously replaced our K-Supreme!
I bought this model about a year ago. I’ve had to call customer service and got it replaced twice. The same issue with both. The descale light comes on and stays on even after descaling process. Then the product just dies and loses power.
