Coffee maker died after 6 weeks daily usage. Keurig warranty, after several calls and emails made it right and sent me out a new one. I can't give a fair review at this time. Be back in about 6 months or so.
I bought my original k-supreme back in August. It malfunctioned and The company replaced it. It took a few weeks and a few emails and calls but they shipped me a brand new replacement.
This is my warranty replacement. I like this product but I do feel that it is not made as well as the one I had before. Also it does not get very hot and I see this one does not have a temperature gauge. I am a big Keurig fan and love your products.
The machine was 2 months old when the descale indicator light came on. We bought the Keurig descaling fluid and followed the online directions. The electronics in the unit shorted out and the coffee maker never powered on again. It took 4 calls to Keurig customer service to have a replacement unit sent under the warranty. Each time we were assured that everything was done properly and that the replacement was on its way. We received the replacement 6 weeks later.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
