Love the Keurig but the first week I had a mechanical issue with unit. Keurig support agreed to take it back if it happens again but I was not happy that it happened.

I've had this model for about a month. It starts fast and is much quieter than my previous model. Does not seem to make a stronger cup of coffee, unless the strong button is used. Disappointed that it does not accommodate a travel mug as tall as the previous model. Also, I have noticed more grounds in my cup in the last few days.
I am also concerned with the design of the reusable "My K-cup" (and the outrageous price). Since the holder has to be removed (and it is not super sturdy), I suspect it may just break in short time since I go between pods and fresh ground beans often.
This is my second K-Supreme in less than 4 months- I’m hoping it lasts longer than the first one. Previously I had a Keurig for about 10 years before it gave me trouble.This K-Supreme is NOT made as well as my original Keurig. WHY?!?!
