I had a Keurig that was less than 6 months old and deemed to be defected. They very promptly replaced it with no problem. Great company that stands behind their products.
I just had my Xmas present from last year replaced. Keurig Supreme. Love thus maker. Keurig replaced it because it stopped working during descaling. Wonderful setvice!!
We bought the coffee maker and it stopped working about 3 months later. Contacted Keurig who required proof of purchase. It was provided 3 times then after 30 minute follow up calls each time we got our replacement shipped..
The machine is great, but it tok longer than I thought it should to replace. After my first phone call, I was under the impression that a new one would be shipped within a week to 10 days, but it took 2 more phone calls and then another 10 days of waiting before it finally arrived.
My original K Supreme was just short of the one year warranty when it started delivering smaller cups of coffee. Then one day it just stopped working. I followed a routine of descaling on a regular basis. I was very nicely surprised when CS set up a replacement order which I received in 3 days. I’m hoping this unit outperforms my first unit.
