The Keurig Team preformed excellent service and accommodation in shipping a new Coffee Maker because my coffee maker that was only a couple months old quit working for no reason. They quickly replaced it and were delightful to work with on the phone!
Unfortunately this is the 3rd machine I have received in less than 2 years. The first one lasted less than a year, but was quickly replaced under warranty. The second one lasted less than 6 months, and was also replaced quickly. I am hoping this 3rd one lasts a lot longer. The replacement process has been very good, but not sure I would buy another one. I owned one of the earliest models of Keurig and it lasted for more than 10 years. So something significant has changed
