I purchased this model in November of 2020. Keurig is now sending me my third warranty replacement. The first unit I bought quit working after 6 months. The replacement unit lasted about 6 months. The third unit lasted a month. I now keep a backup coffee maker just so I can have coffee when this piece of junk stops working again.

i bought a new one and it broke in 45 days tried getting a warranty replacement and took 2 weeks , had to go and buy another coffee maker so i could make coffee while i waited on replacement , keurig use to have good service but that has changed
