This K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Make is great

I received the K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker-Warranty Replacement about a month ago replacing the same coffee maker which had the problem whereas the descaling light kept blinking even after I used the vinegar treatment initially and then used the Keurig descaling kit. Neither method corrected the problem and upon contacting the company about the problem, I was sent a brand new K-Supreme Coffee Maker.
Thanks to the company for honoring their warranty on this product.because I was still able to brew my coffee, it was just the blinking of the descaling light did not turn off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm a happy Keurig coffee pot owner. While cleaning my pot I accidentally caused the heating filament to burn out. When I called for service assistance I found out they would send me a new pot. Absolutely totally satisfied. I buy only K-Cups from the original manufacturer.

I bought my K-Supreme Jan. 2020. I had a little trouble with it in about Sept. or Oct. I called and spoke with a rep who helped me with trouble shooting and getting the descale light to turn off. It just didn't ever work right after that. In Nov the Keurig was only dispensing about 6 oz at a time no matter how many ounces I requested. I called the company again and after attempting to trouble shoot once again it was found that my coffee maker was defective. I received my new machine a few weeks ago with no hassle whatsoever! Thank you so much for your prompt attention and excellent customer service. I will definitely shop Keurig again.
