When my K-Supreme suddenly stopped working at the end of the warranty period, I called customer service. After submitting a few confirming bits of information, my replacement coffee maker was on its way! Excellent service...excellent product! Many thanks!
I am very grateful to Keurig for their customer service! The unit that arrived didn’t seem to me as sturdy and durable as the one I have! The water container wobbles when it rests in the machine! Granted that is empty! I bet the one I have has made , no kidding 4000 cups of coffee and tea in the 4 years we have had it , never to brake! It’s black and bigger,older model.True the one arriving was a gift ,as we remodeled our kitchen. I will try this new one and love it, however keep my old faithful, you don’t want to know us without our Morning”Joe”
I bought a Keurig Supreme on Black Friday weekend 2020. I really liked the product as far as ease of use and design. Unfortunately it started acting up the following September and by October it wouldn’t turn on. I couldn’t find my original receipt but had filled out the warranty. Keurig sent me a replacement.
