I had this product for about a year and after doing a descaling I could not get the Keurig to turn on. I called Keurig and after walking me through some procedures that did not work, they said they would replace the Keurig. In about 2 weeks a new Keurig was delivered to my home.
I bought my coffee k cup pot was having problems with descaling and making full cup. I called the comps and they replaced my coffee maker. Enjoying hot great tasting full cup of coffee again. Thanks for keeping us happy with our coffee maker
This is my second K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker. They are wonderful coffee makers. However, both malfunction when using the coffee ground-holder insert. The silicone gaskets that are mounted on the 6 pins that are supposed to prevent the water from leaking around them don't work properly, leading to weak, diluted coffee as an end product. If you can find out how to prevent water from leaking around these gaskets, please let me know. Thank you,
I bought the Keurig Supreme in January 2021 as my sister had one a really liked it. I bought a 3 year replacement warranty from store as heard people love their Keurig, but do not have a long life When mine stopped working, contacted Keurig. Got someone the first call that spoke broken English and did not understand me either. Rated that call as one star. Fortunately one thing that rep was able to do is manage to send me an email indicating what to do to activate the warranty. I could not find my original receipt, but fortunately the store was able to pull a off for me. I filled out the info and sent it off. Called back after 4 days to confirm email was received. Fortunately it was. Received my replacement within 7 days from that 2nd call. Now drinking coffee again.
