I bought K-Superme over 6 months ago when I was descalening it the button flashed and I could not get it to cease! I was given a replacement and it arrive under a week!
Warranty replacement for my original SUPREME. Man, did I miss it while I waited for the quick shipment. I have 2 different KUERIG models and the coffee tastes so much better from the Supreme. Hands down...great coffee maker.
This is a factory replacement for one that went bad during a descaling operation and would no longer turn on. It seems these are throw away units as Keurig does not fix them and just sends out a replacement asking you to throw the old one away. They need a better low water sensor system to prevent this issue in future units.
