We bought this product April 2021 and we left the country for six months in may. When we come back, coffee maker did not work. I contacted Keurig and they just replaced it. This IS customer satisfaction. Thank you very very much.
My Keurig was 11 months old when it stopped working. I contacted Keurig and the process was simple and my 1year warranty was honored. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service and a great company that stands by their products!!
We love the k-supreme single serve brewer. We actually had to replace our first one because we had an issue with it and Keurig was great at honoring their warranty by sending out a brand new brewer. We love how fast the coffee brews from the k-supreme and the features it has, like the strong brew and the over ice feature. We use them all the time. Thank you Keurig for the great customer service and the awesome brewer.
I purchased the first K-Supreme in January 2021. The cover got too loose and would not brew coffee. It was mostly water and some grinds. Called Keurig and they replaced it under the warranty policy. Have had it for a few weeks now and got my fingers crossed that the same thing doesnt happen again. So far so good. I love this coffee maker so I'm excited about getting it replaced.
THIS IS THE 3RD POT WE ARE ON IM NOT SURE BUT WHEN WE GET TO THE DESCALING PART IT BREAKS. BUT KEURIG ALWAYS REPLACES IT JUST WOULD LOVE FOR IT TO WORK LONGER THAN 6 MONTHS
