I have always g if ad a Keurig and love it. Bought the new Supreme in July, stopped working in October. Fill tank light constantly on. Got a new fill tank. Acted up again in November so they sent me a new Keurig. So far so good hoping doesn’t start acting up again.
I received as a gift and after 30 days decal light on and would not go off. I have 4 other older keurig machines and never issues. I contacted Keurig and after lengthy conversation they replaced..very happy with K Supreme. Great machine a little more compact. Heats fast and quiet.
I bought 1 K Supreme that failed out of the box. Leaked water all over my counter. It took 5 emails and 7 phone calls totalling more than 2 and half hours phone time and more than a month to get a replacement. Replacement is exhibiting problems after a week. THESE ARE TRASH! NEVER BUY ONE!
They sent me replacement after many many calls but the same problem still exists on these coffee makers. They draw too much power and the house lights that are on the same circuit as the coffee maker keeps blinking until the coffee maker stops. Keurig is clueless.
